Lovely little punp, easy to install and surprisingly quiet
A good product at a good price. Reading the small print after purchase, the pump does provide 3 Bar pressure when there is no flow of water, but only 2.5 Bar when water is flowing. I consider that misleading. That said, it works well.
Beautifully made & works well to supply three showers.
Easy to fit, just be methodical.
Very quiet, well engineered with quality materials.
Delivered next day at no cost....result!
Direct replacement for a 46410 nearly 30 years old which failed on Christmas Day - fault within the motor
New pump ordered on Boxing Day, arrived on 30th.
Only problem fitting was that the flexible hoses were less flexible than on the old one, so used old hoses as well to make the bends more gradual. Push-in connectors made this easy.
Excellent quality. Got 3-Bar to run two power showers. Brilliant! Good powerful flow even when both are on at the same time. Quick supply. Motor quiet with no vibration
Bought this to replace an existing Stuart Turner pump, Can’t believe how much quieter this new pump is. The old pump I could hear downstairs when someone was in the shower with the new one I don’t know when someone is in the shower.
Definitely recommend this.
Ordered online via Toolstation website came the Next Day Great service.
best shower pump you can buy . A bit noisy but worth the money . the last one lasted 8 years . Make sure you follow the instructions and fed from the correct flange
Been using these for years, over 20 years pumping whole house in first house 23years in second house doing same thing. Tried other makes on various jobs, never as good as Stuart Turner. Always try to talk customer into using one.
Sometimes this can be a confusing task. Particularly if the model you are replacing has now been updated. The most important thing is to check the serial number which you will find on your old pump.
TOOLSTATION offer a full range of product. It’s usually same day collection. And most importantly, if you get it wrong, and you haven’t installed it, you can return it for a full refund. It’s an amazing service.
If you’re replacing a pump, that’s in the loft pay particular attention to insulating all the pipework and also the pump itself which may need some form of insulated enclosure will be with a little ventilation.
Where there is no insulation in the loft underneath the tiles. The difference in air temperature may be no more than 3° to outside, so be careful that your pump body does not freeze.
Great pump very good service from ToolStation
You can’t go wrong with a Stuart turner pump.
Great product, I wouldn’t fit any other shower pump
Only use these pumps, very well made with brass, a bit pricey compared to others but easy to install.
Well made and delivers everything promised. Finally got fed up of the £600 Salamander Eve pump as its failed twice in 6 months. The Stuart Turner is ever so slightly noisier but much better engineered and reliable.
Fantastic. We got fed up with replacing the 2 previous Salamander pumps which were noisy and unreliable. This pump is MUCH quieter and starts up straight away. Very pleased after 1 week of use.
