This modified since wave inverter is reliable and managed to power up the UPS for the phone and broadband equipment during a long time power cut. I would recommend this product if your looking for something that's basic, reliable and affordable. You can't power everything like appliances that has a motor in it because it's a modified sine wave inverter so this is what to expect. You require a pure sine wave inverter to power everything especially if it has a motor in it and florescent lighting which will have a bit of a higher price tag. This will also require earthing/grounding.

Very easy to connect and use. Slightly strange that the switch is “Up” in the “On” position, but not uncommon in many other countries. Equally, if the unit is mounted on the underside of a shelf everything would be the correct way up. Beware that modified sine wave can damage some delicate equipment, like electric toothbrush, but pure sine wave costs a lot more. If you accept that risk, it’s a great piece of kit. You pays your money……….
Says 800w. But it's really not. Lucky if it's 450w capable . A couple of led lights and a laptop charger, and it alarms annoyingly. Looks the part, but it's quality ends there.
