Easy to fit and stops draughts/ water. Have a 20mm gap. Only issue us that the seal is too plastic / stiff as it grips door when trying to open and needs a bit of a push due to seal too rigid. A good more rubbery seal would be better
Just the job for a wooden front door. No draughts. No leaks.
Great product easy to install comes with fixing screws
Again, excellent product from Toolstation right price good product did the job very pleased
Easy to fit good product fair priced does the job
I was replacing an older Stormguard low line threshold which was built much stronger made with thicker aluminium and the base had two areas where you could put the adhesive instead of just the one on the newer version. So all in all not impressed with this purchase.
Did the trick protecting the back door great easy to fit
Does exactly what it’s supposed to do and very well
Not the best , holes missing, not drillled well enough
Very strong and simple to install. Looks smart too.
Simple but effective product, easy to fit for any competent DIY-er, although you may need to drill additional mounting and drain holes as I did. I used it on a barn door, much thinner than a standard house door, but the design of the stormguard means it is still effective at expelling water forwards and out of the building. I would buy again if required.
Superb product we've had a few heavy showers and not a drop came into the house
Would be good to include instructions, as if its not spot-on then the door can rubover the surface.
This is the second storm guard I have bought for two exterior front doors. They do what they are supposed to do and work perfectly
Perfect for a rotten back door threshold
Great service. Great product
This is second one recently purchased . The first has been fitted to a external passage door / frame that consistently let in water below the door. Despite all the rain recently, this has not happened since. Success!
Seems to be a good product, fairly easy to install. Note the special mastic it says you must use is not even manufactured now, but I used a waterproof "stick and seal" mastic successfully
