Good value draft sealing strip and easy fitting, done the job.
I used this along the back of my steps, so when they are strapped in my van they don't rattle. Very strong rubber and good adhesive.
Easy to use and works really well. Sealed the draughty door.
Good if gap matches foam dimensions. Doesn’t compress that easily so whilst it can be reduced substantially I wasted half a roll because it got jammed in the hinge side of the door as the door closed. Went for a smaller thinner foam for this section and that works well. On the lock side I have kept this foam but it does make the door closing harder. It does however block draughts well. Is wider than typical frame recess so it looks messy as I haven’t gone back to trim it neatly. In other words, worked as a bodge job because I couldn’t get the optimal 6 to 8mm thickness.
bought this to seal up a roof box, which replaced old perished foam seal, work perfectly with the contours of the box and made a great seal for that long drive in bad weather, kept everything dry

Sticks well and easy to reposition if you put it on gently to start with. Once your happy press it down firmly and it will stick really well.

Good quality thick weahterstrip seal with a decent glue on one side. Replaced worn seal of a fibreglass pump housing. Added bonus was an improved sound insulation.

I needed the foam strip for soft packing on metal safety straps to stop the item being held down from rattling. I took a flyer on the width and height of the foam strip. Did I hear measure twice and cut once? The straps turned out to be the same width as the foam and the foam compressed down sufficiently to slide the fabric sleeve over both the strap and the foam strip. Win-win, everybody happy.
Better option if you're unsure of the gap you need to fill. Personally I bought this along with the 8mm to give me the options to fill different gaps sizes. This 12mm will not compress as much as the 8mm hence my decision. Toolstation best price in area.
Discovered that a previous owner had changed the back door but not the frame... So it was a poor fit and letting in a draft.
Inexpensive way to completely fix the issue whilst I save for a replacement door and frame.
