Very handy where you can't solder an end cap on. This was because it was right next to a plastic pipe.
Leaks at first. You need to hammer it in. Impossible to take off without cutting it

Never used these before I always used compression joints but these push fits are so easy to use definitely recommend trying them
It worked, used to blank off some copper pipes after taking a sink out, pipes were recessed into wall and now these have been mostly plastered over. Far easier than compression fittings that I've always used before, especially given the tight access I had. Didnt leak even though water was coming from the pipe when fitted!

Used to terminate a mains supply line to a sink, with the intention to replace it with the intended parts later. Turned on the mains and it popped off, water everywhere.
This item was excellent it got me out of a bad situation as temp repair on a 15mm copper pipe until i could do a proper repair.

This is not un-mountable without a hacksaw. It works great for capping off permanently.
I have used this excellent product over many years alwys find them easy to fit, dismantle reassemble and if necessary service. It is however, getting harder to find anyone stocking the spares.
cheap and does the job not too easy to remove but half the price of speedfit ones.
The 15mm stop end depicted in the illustration is no longer stocked by ToolStatation (more is the pity because its replacement does not appear to be of the same quality / configuration). Please bring back the original, well-proven & trusted version !
