very good hedge cut with a powerful battery but the saw bit is more of a gimmick
Excellent bit of kit lighter than I thought it would be, after using a corded trimmer which is now a cordless trimmer.

The Stanley Fatmax Hedge Trimmer lived up to my expectations, it handled everything that I threw at it in the garden including Leylandii, Laurel and numerous other shrubs. Battery life was good and the weight made operating it a dream with no strain on the arms. Good piece of kit.

Best battery powered hedge trimmer I have used. Light, cuts like it says on the box. Cut for over half an hour solid and battery still going strong at the end. Expensive but you get what you pay for.

Wow, what a great hedge trimmer this is. I really love using it. It's tough as nails, has been making mincemeat of my overgrown bramble hedges.
I agree with the other reviewers that the saw end just gets a bit in the way.

Good hedge trimmer only thing to let it down is the Stanley website not letting me register it for its 3 year warranty so just on that I won’t be buying anything else of their power tool range

Really like this item, quite light and easy to use. Plenty of power and excellent battery life. Only slight negative is the saw attachment snagging occasionally.
