Nice tape just worried about debris getting in the bottom where you stop the tape with your finger, bit of a weird set up but like the measurements being both sides comes in useful.
Its a nice enough tape measure which I don't regret buying. The double sided print is handy, the magnet is strong, and its a nice compact size. However it loses a star because the claim it'll reach out 3.5m is a complete work of fiction! You'll get about 2.2m max if you're careful. Just something to be aware of.
Handy tape measure with a strong magnet at the end of it. Great for picking up screws if you drop them. Good weight and doesn't feel flimsy

So far, worth the extra few pounds. All my others broke or disappeared. I decided to replace with a tougher version.
Ordered online to collect as usual, quite surprised when I got home to find I’d been given the standard cheap one. Delayed my work had to return and exchange for correct one the next day, so in future I’ll be more careful when I pick things up. I assumed it was barcoded for the staff picking the order.

This replaced my old tape when it's end broke off.
I almost changed my mind because Stanley Black and Decker are American, (the Ox measures seem good and they are Australian). But in the end it was the optimum choice.
I 've tried out the features, such as the reach, the end magnet, the double sided scale, and the retraction control, and I'm impressed.
The magnet is hard to get off and on (a firm grip with pliers) and there's the question of where to keep it without losing it; the answer being in the middle of the belt clip, which is steel.
Overall I'm very satisfied.
Good quality for the price, fairly sturdy tape- no the flimsy rubbish that can’t stand out 1m. Double sided readings also a bonus.
