I did my online research, this looked like just the job to edge a flooring job that meets my staircase. It’s a good quality nosing and did the job for me. A pity they only come in pairs as I have a spare that’s not needed, but that doesn’t detract from the quality & look of the product.

This product was used to tidy the transition from the top bullnose step and v- click laminate flooring. The protector married snugly within the rebated laminate profile. It just needed an extra fixing hole drilling.
I had to purchase a few of these from various local Tool Stations, some variations on finish, some counter bore holes needed re-drilling, one box of two only had one in, plugs and screws missing from all boxes but one, plugs and screws not a problem as we use a dedicated plug and screw for drilling but the is is an honest review on the purchase of ten. They look good when they are installed and certainly do the job as a nosing.

What i needed for the step / edge of the concrete base for a new shed that is built directly onto it. The screw holes are countersunk so get a smooth finish though the screws supplied are relatively short.
Only negative is they only come in a pack of 2, maybe ok if doing a number of steps but i suspect most people will just use for a single doorway.
Excellent quality and very sturdy. I had to use 2 on each stair as they were quite wide and cut down the excess. Easy to cut to size if you need to and drill.
Overall I am very impressed.
Perfect for what I needed. The tread covers looked really smart when fitted. Very tough, well finished and easy to trim with a good blade.
Third pack of these that I have bought this time for strengthening edge of a garden concrete step that breaking up. Has done the job well even if a bit expensive.

The only down side was the screws which came with it 3 screws for each bar but very soft heads so had to be very careful putting them in as lost 2 heads on top of that the treads are counter sunk for the screw but the screws are just to big for the counter sunk holes so had to redo them
