Just the job very easy to fit and clear instructions
A disappointing purchase. The lock was rusty after two months use.
Pretty easy to install and looks and feels substantial.Very happy with it and makes the garage much more secure .

Easy to install only took 10 mins, looks good and is very secure.
The ground anchor plugs both broke during installation but I had spares so no real drama but obviously not ideal. The lock has been out in the elements for over a week now and is already showing signs of rust which may be more of an issue.
The defender is a solid, quality bit of kit that was easy to install and use and I now have no worries about storing stuff in my garage.

Squire Garage door defender was easy to fit. You will need a SDS drill. It’s quality and will take a lot of effort to remove.

Really secure, the thieving muppets won’t be getting in to the garage again. However the lock is fiddly and prone to sticking as it easily fills with dirt and detritus being on the floor.
Lock is (necessarily) heavy steel and my garage door is set low in frame so did not clear loop. Rather than rebate in concrete pad I preferred to cut small section from garage door. This entailed strengthening after lock plate was surface mounted. However, outcome was effective and am content with additional security.
Great piece of kit, easy to fit and just gives that extra peace of mind.
