It’s silicone, squeeze it out and it seals gaps in the bathroom and or kitchen. Works well and is easy to tool

Long lasting silicone that just does the job. It does require using water sprayer to shape after applying but it lasts ages and is mold resistant

With the likes of this stuff, I just go to Toolstation. Pretty much guaranteed the cheapest and easiest place to get it, so job done. It seals, it gives a good finish, it's easy to use, all for a reasonable cost. Can't ask for more.

Does what it says on the tube. Used it to reseal the shower screen/tray seal. Alas it was a hot day and I left it too long before smoothing some of the seal. Part of the job was not a smooth finish. Next the kitchen splash back behind the taps. Sealed and smoothed, despite the warm temperature (still with working temperature for the product), it gave a good smooth seal finish. It is very clear and definitely elastic. One word of caution. The tube is grey, the sealant is clear. If you hacksaw the top of the cartridge off, make sure you wipe the cartridge cut edge to remove the bits of grey off the cut edges before they end up in the new seal… like my shower seal. Aargh! Haste and speed. The last seal lasted 6 years, hope this one lasts as long.
