This is totally rubbish. Hard to shake and the squeeze design is terrible. It snapped as i was pressing to fill in the corners.
Easy to control and apply foam. The foam is blue and forms a good skin with a flexible slightly soft cure. I used around a fireplace to provide adhesion and insulation in a zone with modest heat exposure (50c max). Went on well and appears to be good for the job.
Excellent - does what you expect and can reseal it for later

Great air tight seal, B1 Fire resistance rating was very important to me.
Does what it’s supposed to, I used separate gloves as I know the ones that come with the product aren’t great. I used the whole lot in one job so never had to reseal it, easy to control the output. Just watch for drips out the end afterwards
Indeed it insulate the acoustics. It's a bit sticky.

Used once followed the instructions, tried to use it a week later valve stuck solid .

Works great, good that gloves are provided, blue foam, safety catch for the trigger broke off the first time I used the gun. How long are the contents good for whilst in storage after initial use ?
Easy to use and can be re-used for a short time after first use. Doesn’t expand too much like some other foams and is a necessity for making a fire barrier where cables pass through walls etc.
Fills gaps. Limited control of the 'rate of deployment' either it's on or off, so completely ran out in about 10 seconds. It also gets everywhere so you may need to tidy it up after applying. Expensive. Stinks of chemicals.
I've bought the same product last year as well. That time it worked. It was not easy to press the trigger that time as well, but it worked. However, yesterday I tried the same Soudal Genius Gun but it did not work at all. I've tried everything but the trigger did not work. I was so desperate to finish the work so I pressed the end of the trigger with the screw driver which worked. However, I was not able to keep pressing it while I was aiming it. I've lost £10 , plus 30 minutes to drive there and back, plus petrol and my time of trying to operate it. Never again

I have used this numerous times to improve soundproofing of walls as i have renovated our house and it is brilliant. Simple to use, easy to keep clean and actually works in blocking sound and draughts
Quick and easy to use. Not tested its ability to withstand fire though !
Great for fillling gaps and B1 flame retardant too
