I am a big fan of Soudal products and this is one of the best, we use it on the installation of windows where air tightness and thermal efficiency is essential, low expansion and superb adhesion makes it easy to work with.
Highly recommended
Really is flexible. Much like other gun-grade foams I've used. Low expansion. When fully cured it remains squashy and flexible, which is what I wanted around a window reveal (using as a cheaper alternative to Illbruck product). As it doesn't expand much, I found it a bit of a pain to fill a large gap, but it's probably not designed for that.
Great stuff, always used the other type with one use only type. First time used this and it’s a good product does a good job. Impressed with it.
The limited expansion made it easier to use than the non-blue type
Wouldn't come out of my gun, and when I unscrewed it the end came off the can. Foam flowing out like a big sausage. Luckily had a rubble bag next to me so threw it in there. Must've been a duff can.
Great stuff. Cures nice and quick, is sticky and UV stable. Also low expansion when out of the canister.I have used a lot for putting internal uPVC window reveal facings onto damaged plaster. Seals all the gaps around the frame and holds even the longest facings in place with minimal propping. Great stuff.
I have tried most airtight foams in the market and the Flexifoam is in my opinion the best one I have tried. It cures evenly and rarely has air pockets. It does not shrink after curing, something the Illbruck FM330 does. And it remains highly flexible once fully cured. The only down side in my opinion is that it has an open cell structure which makes it susceptible to damage if exposed to water for prolonged periods. This does not apply to damp though which still makes it a fantastic product.
Probably the best one on the market, definitely recommend, you can spray the foam in different angles without stopping.
dries very quickly and is quite flexible. Easy to apply with a good foam gun
A lot of smurfs died to make this fantastic blue foam. Use it wisely to fill all the gaps the window fitters left.
Great expanding foam with minamal expansion. Stays flexible even after full curing. Gives decent insulation value and can get into all the nooks and crannies.
I'm using this to provide insulation behind uPVC trim on bay window angles. The metal bars behind the trim are a cold spot, leading to much condensation. This foam appears to be the right choice, giving a controllable & complete fill ( without blowing the trims off ).
Once you get the hang of adjusting flow rate and target distance and angle the stuff applies predictably and consistently . And does what it’s supposed to
denser than ordinary foam longer drying time
