Great bit of kit used on my pond liner to create a overflow from the pond

Great little tank connector. I used it to attach an outlet pipe to my RV grey waste system so it could stay open and continuously drain. Not the intended use I suppose but it worked perfectly.
Good quality fitting. The mating surfaces on bithe the fitting and the nut are a decent enough size to allow for a slightly bigger hole in the tank.
Used two of these to connect two water butts together. All is fine apart from needing additional rubber washers to ensure waterproof connections to the butts.
Good quality and does what it says on the box...... Recommended.

I chose this fitting to allow me to modify it, so that I could use it on the side of a rucksack to allow a drinking system water pipe to pass through it. So, I cannot comment on how good this item is for its intended purpose, but for my requirement it worked very well.
Works well with the appropriate adhesive, easy to fit and works as it should. Price was good too compared to the other main outfits
I used it as part of a self watering planter and it worked fine
After being caught out with all my 7 water butts completely dry I saw a similar one offered for free on Gumtree. I collected it added it to my rain water collection system. It came with a tap and i had some spare pipe so all I needed was a connector which I got from my local Toolstation.
And after a very dry spell the heavens opened and now all the butts are full.

used to connect water butts together using 21.5mm overflow pipe. Flexible pipe that came with the water but fits nicely over the threaded part. Works great.
