This blade is relatively expensive. I am not convinced it is worth money, didn’t get through screws very well, does not seem very sharp
Slightly better than the cheapest possible blades. Only to find they’re much cheaper online.
This part is incorrectly described in booklet. Shows as a 92mm straight blade. Therefore the part was not as required. A special order, so returned.
I used it 3 times on 15mm copper pipe. On the 3rd the blade snapped off the body.
NOT Longlife and no longer than an ant! Expected a lot from a purely metal cutter with such a name but had better luck with a lesser variation but still a SMART product so why when they claim so much does it do so little. The SMART Multi Cutter Bimetal Saw Blade cut through 60 nails more than this one and shows little wear but sadly this Purple series wore out within 6 nails!!!!! same device same nails same fence ! so be warned a high spec name does not equal high spec work.
I disagree with many of the negative reviews. I found it to be very effective and noticeably superior to the standard blades if used sensibly. This blade costs under £10 for a start and it’s neither a circular saw nor a reciprocating saw blade so don’t expect it to cut through metal like ‘butter’. I suspect many of the reviewers were probably going in far too hard. It’s a toothed blade and users need to bear in mind that non-ferrous metals will also tend to clog it - making it appear visually blunt (cutting some wood will subsequently tend to clear it!). For cutting wood ‘infected’ with metal objects in a confined space this is a good value blade. My tip is to let the tool do the work, don’t push it (this will destroy it!). It will be slow but it’s not a multi-material circular or reciprocating blade.
First use, tried to cut through a screw, didn't touch it and blunted the blade, dreadful,

I mean cut through some chunky screws even once it was as blunt as a badgers backside, but didnt last quite as long as id anticipated with all
Bought this as a result of u tube video by a trusted utuber cutting 15mm copper pipe. I wanted it to cut a 22mm copper pipe in a restricted location. I did prior testing and was not impressed. The cutter was hard to start on the pipe jumping about a lot. When it did start the finish was pretty rough so I didnt use it for the planned job. What its like on other material I dont know but its not much good for what I bought it for and it cost almost £9.
Item did not cut as it said on description. Tried to cut screw and it burnt out without cutting.

Definitely worth the extra money over far cheaper alternatives. Used to cut through screws etc and seems unscathed.
It took less than 30 seconds to blunt this blade when sawing a wood screw. I purchased it because the description stated wood & Screws, but it failed misserably. I returned it for a full refund.
Gets blunt extremely quick, whichwas dissapointing. Probably would'nt purchase again based on that as it really didn't impress.

Excellent blade, sharp from the get go, minimal deviation from the intended cut line, ‘devoured’ 3mm mild steel with ease, exactly as promoted and with the money - and it’s still looking like it was when I opened the packaging, worth every penny!
I had tried several blades to get through some pipes. This is the only one that did it.
Have used the blades for a long time, and get's the job done.
