Use this multi cutter blade from Smart to cut through plaster, brick and mortar with ease. It''s often used for electric work to run cable, chase out a socket, or install an electric box. The blade has the strength to cut sharply through tiles without breaking them, and it has the precision to rake out grout in a shower. Often when working around recently decorated areas, it can be tough to not dirty them up again. You''ll find the brazed diamond blade cuts neatly with a minimum of mess and dust, making it better for precise jobs than an angle grinder. The blade is designed with a universal fitment so it can be used with most brands of multi-tool. Its 32 mm depth range makes it suitable for cutting a channel through brick and thicker materials without becoming too unwieldy for thinner jobs like plasterboard. • Multi tool masonry blade cuts up to 62 mm deep • Brazed diamond blade for mortar raking, chasing and plunge-cutting into brick, block, plaster and porous concrete • Also good for chasing out channels for cables and sockets • Universal fitment • 32 mm length

The blade didn’t lasted 2.5m x 10mm depth. It would probably only be efficient on sand heavy mortars or old mortars. Note: Useless at cutting into hard brick.
Fantastic and robust blade, very pleased with the quality and the ease of ordering and collection from the helpful folks at my local Toolstation!
good and I hope will last, its not such a good shape as others but hopefully it will last. I think its more general purpose than others
Only lasted a day and was quite light duty use - plaster removal.
Bought this tool to remove grout in a shower only got through half of it before it gave up so wouldn’t buy this again even at half the price
Lasted 5 mins £17 not worth 17p , very disappointed , first thing ever not good from tool station
Did a good job of making the hole for the socket should stay sharp for several more uses
I used to cut a square in a brick wall to sink metal back box for data cable. It didn't manage to do it. It lasted less than 5 minutes.
Blade wears out very quickly and when trying to cut channels in brick. For mortar it is excellent.
Titled 'Mortar Buster' but only worked for 150mm line and then was pretty useless.
Masonry cutter it does cut breeze block very well and cement joints
I used this to remove a 30cm by 15cm inside breeze block wall sand and cement render , it wore out before half way through.
A precise means of getting into internal corners and tight gaps. However it does wear out quickly where mortar is tough, so quite expensive given its useful life is short.
Good tool which saved a lot of hard work and time but does blunt fairly quickly so would just recommend for a small job and is quite expensive for short effective use time.
Fairly poor, wore out within one job cutting old cement and brick. Did cut well to start with when it was fresh
Needed to remove a paving slab to lay a EV charging cable it done the job with no mishaps
Did exactly what I needed it to do, no problems at all.
Waste of money bought this to trim a ceramic tile lasted 30 seconds then went blunt
I needed to creat a clean cut in self leveling compound for a transition peice at a door frame. Like most uses for the multi tool it's probably not the "best" tool for the Job, but it is convenient and gets the job done. After two door frame cuts the blade did show some signs of chipping of the coating, but well worth the cost for ease of use.
Works really well to cut back brick and mortar, the only issue is that it only last 5 mins and then it’s useless as the coating has worn off, expensive for something that has such a short life
