Quality product, they are simply the best. Toolstation supplied at a great price.
Faulted goods - well packaged, however the door handle had a number of scratches on it so it had to be returned. I have Serozzetta door handles on all 20 doors and the product is quality, it's just a real pity the manufactured had not properly checked the item for defaults prior to boxing / shipping. The order had to be placed online, so I haven't re-purchased from Toolstation. That said, I can't fault Toolstation on their service.
