Now fitted 5 pairs of these to replace old broken handles mostly without issue and they look and feel good.
If you have old doors with existing imperial mortice spring latches you will need to replace them too as the square spindle supplied for these handles only fits larger modern metric latches
Not really big issue to replace latches too for a smart looking job
One thing to note is on the matching bathroom / toilet locking handles : they need an additional lock of their own I.e. there is no locking mechanism inside the handle itself (unlike others)
The lock spindle goes through a separately purchased mortice lock which requires chiseling out more of the door and also a larger close plate in door frame. It works ok but it was more work and additional cost (but it now matches all the rest)
This is a lovely handle both to look at and to use. The colour is very warm and the design pleasing to the eye. The handle is comfortable to turn. We will now buy more for the other rooms throughout the house
I recommend the handles, they're excellent however, the member of staff who served me was extremely rude so I'd maybe look elsewhere.

If you want great looking door handles, then these are for you. They’ve got strong return springs and have a great finish.
Superb quality handles at a great price, makes the doors look totally different when fitted.
Fitted 1st handle today and quality is fabulous ! Early days yet to say about reliability but time will tell, looks great on my door and very pleased.
