Not cheap or easy to install, as it sits flush to the wall surface a section of plasterboard had to be removed to sit the quite large LED driver within the wall space. After mounting it less than a week ago, I find that the backing cover containing the LED lights is delaminating from the mirror front making a gap for the LEDs to shine out of where it is delaminating, leaving an uneven light pattern on the wall. The guest bathroom hasn't even been used since the mirror was fitted. Regret buying
