The Sealey VS0042 is a vacuum-operated cooling system tool designed to eliminate airlocks and dramatically reduce refill time when servicing vehicle cooling systems. This professional workshop tool connects to a standard air line and uses vacuum technology to draw coolant through without introducing air pockets, removing the need for traditional bleeding procedures. The system operates by creating a vacuum in the cooling system header tank, then uses atmospheric pressure to draw premixed coolant directly into the system through the 900mm fluid hose. This method eliminates the mess and time associated with conventional filling methods, while ensuring a complete, airlock-free fill that prevents overheating issues caused by trapped air. Ideal for garages and mobile mechanics performing routine cooling system maintenance, head gasket repairs, or radiator replacements, the kit includes three adaptors to suit different header tank configurations. The complete system is supplied in a storage case for organised workshop storage and protection between jobs. Features and Benefits: • Vacuum filling eliminates airlocks for reliable first-time fills • Connects to standard workshop air line at 90psi operating pressure • Three adaptors included for compatibility with various vehicle types • 900mm fluid hose provides flexible reach to coolant containers • Storage case keeps all components organised and protected Specifications: Air Consumption: 12cfm Air Inlet Size: 1/4"BSP Brand: Sealey Fluid Hose Length: 900mm Nett Weight: 1.48kg Recommended Air Pressure: 90psi
