The Sealey GSA05 is a 150mm palm random orbital disc sander designed for professional finishing work across a range of applications. This compact pneumatic sander combines variable speed control with effective dust extraction capabilities, making it ideal for automotive bodywork, furniture refinishing and general woodworking tasks where a smooth, swirl-free finish is essential. Weighing just 1kg, this lightweight air sander features a variable speed control lever that allows quick adjustment to suit different materials and surfaces. The 360° adjustable exhaust muffler helps reduce noise emission to more comfortable working levels whilst directing airflow away from the operator and workpiece. The integrated dust-free outlet with 26mm vacuum connection enables use with centralised dust extraction systems, keeping the work area clean and improving visibility during sanding operations. The sander is supplied complete with a 150mm hook-and-loop backing pad for quick and easy abrasive disc changes. Operating at 90psi with a modest 3cfm air consumption, this palm sander delivers a free speed of 10,500rpm with a 2.5mm orbit size for efficient material removal and fine finishing work.
