Does the job, centre pin is really too long but doesn't stop it working, good for price
I didnt use it as a sash pully ,as a diyer I did not think it was robust enough to bury in a window frame with limited access ,but it was cheap to buy so that must be considered.
will probably last as long as the original, but for sure I woun't be here to find out
Although this is for sash windows I use these many other jobs
very dudgy product, plastic pully had very sharp edges which I know it will damage the cord very soon. Didn't install it and doesn't worth it to return.
Cheap and Cheerful the brass plates are nice but the pulleys are cheap and not likely to last long.

These are utter rubbish. The pulley wheels had far too much play in them and were chipped and bent, the cover plates had different colours and finish to them and the pulley wheel spindle stuck out past the width of the cover plate !?
You can get basic sash pulleys if you need to do a cheap job for someone but please don't waste your time and money on these.
They are cheap, feel cheap and not very robust, product not used as doibt would last more than a few uses
Workls fine and fits the existing recess perfectly (replacing cast iron Victorian one) but the pulley is thin plastic and quite wobbly. Doubt it will last that long but it was super cheap to buy. I'd rather have paid more and had a metal wheel
Great price basic roller. No bearings but wheel turned freely and it fitted in the recess of of my Victorian sash without and woodworking. Apart from screws in new one a lot smaller diameter so you may need to pack out holes and I used slightly larger screws
A surprisingly decent sash pulley axle, despite it's cheap looks it works a treat, tempted to replace all my old Edwardian pulleys as opening the window is now so much easier. Great for the price!
Slightly flimsey compared to those with proper bearings but cheap and got me out of having to leave a window out over the weekend. Runs okay so far, time will tell regarding durability.
Did the job and very reasonable price
Ordered 12 of these for 6 windows, must say very disappointing , one arrived damaged ( not end of world) but the pulley centre pins of the pulleys stuck out more than the rebate required to fit them hence ended up looking like id made a poor job of fitting them. Would not buy again sorry.
I used this as a pulley temp. fixed to ceiling joists to assist plasterboarding.
