The buy from the website went easy and fine. The follow up with tracking number- quick and easy to follow. The reason for the missinf two stars goes to the courier- parcelforce- who made a right mess of delivery. In the end we had to pick up from a postoffice. Would suggest a different courier who takes notes of customers wishes
