Saniflo Watereasy Macerator 230V

This macerator works well and relatively easy to install. The instructions are not fantastic but if you let common sense prevail there should be no issues.

Very straightforward and compact, noise ok as it doesn’t last long. The input fittings didn’t seem to accept standard 40 mm pipe so had turn a fitting down to suit.

Does the job ok. Half an hour job if you have the electrical source.

Great little machine! A quick buzz and its done it business....if you get what i mean lol. Easy to install and good options for connecting other inlets. Its not overly loud and its only a few seconds, but you could box it in with sound proofing.

Had this installed for a few months now, and it's working fine. Only thing that could be improved is the seal to the pan, found it a bit difficult to get on properly, but once on seems ok.

This macerator is a cheap copy of the original Saniflo product, far too many reasons to list, your plumber, if he has any experience, will refuse to fit it. I strongly advise you to buy a macerator direct from Saniflo, it will be more expensive but will give you peace of mind for many years to come. (This advice is from a plumber with over 40 years experience)

This is a very noisy unit and as I have it in a holiday let I may have to change it again.
Apart from that it does what it is meant to do.

Unfortunately the sanoflo stopped working 2 months after fitting it. Eventually after having to contact 3 different companies. An engineer came out and said they wasn’t using enough water and too much paper. Then charged the customer??? Now I’m a long standing plumber who unfortunately has had to fit and replace many of these units. In my opinion this model of sanifo is not really fit for purpose and the connections to it are very cheap and poor. I would recommend either buying the more expensive models or another brand

Got it all up and running all working well and quieter than i anticipated cant complain all good

I needed an overflow pump for a pressurised hot water cylinder in a hurry to complete the installation and this one was on the shelf. Fitted a blanking plug for the toilet inlet and job done.

This machine is perfect for an ensuite..it takes a tpuleyshowet and wadh hand basin and fit snuggley behind the toilet pan with out pushing the toilet too far into the room. It will pump vertically 3.5 mtrs. But the outlet must be 32mm. Solvent weld pipe with as few right angle bends as possible. ( ideally swept bends should be used..) it will last for years and it is backed up by the manufacturer two tear warrany.

Very good, didn’t take long to install, the original one in the house stopped working, I ordered from Toolstation and it arrived the next day. Happy customer

Bought to replace an existing macerator, happily they have not changed the design and it fitted quite easilt where the old one came out! They're not easy to replace given you have to fit around/behind the toilet unit but it only took about three hours. Wife advises to read the instructions before you start and an old flat table knife is helpful to get the rubber connector onto the unit to connect to the pipe but it MUST be blunt!!

Purchased creator downstairs cloakroom for an elderly lady all went well but unfortunately the rubber seals are not really rubber and have no give ording in so leak badly. If you purchase one of these then be prepared with a towel. Also quite noisy. If I was doing the job again I'd pay more and hopefully get a better machine.
