Sandtex suggest this can be used as it's own primer/sealer on new blockwork but it doesn't go very far if you do. Use a sealer or primer first or things work out very expensive. Good for Sandtex not so good for you!

Very pleased with this paint as I am repainting the exterior of my house that has a very heavy render that cannot be rollered and so has to be worked in.It covers easily and you can see the protection as you paint.Great to be able to clean the brush so well after use.

I have just used this in an airless spray machine to paint the roughcasting on my house. It has never been painted before so followed the instructions to water down 40%. It was great not a single blockage in the gun. Good smooth coverage.
