Does a good job possibly could hold the paper a little tighter. Might be my cheap sand paper?
For what i paid i cant complain. Does what its supposed to do.
I have used several different sanding blocks over the years and this is the best one. It’s has a nice weight to it, is easy to hold and it produces a smooth finish. However, it has its niggles. You have to cut A4 sheets into quarters to fit the block. 115mm wide abrasive rolls are too big. The abrasive sheet is fixed between the 2 halves of the block with spikes. Care is needed when attaching the sheet.
Just wrap your paper around a block of wood. My last one of these was made of heavy rubber and lasted many years, this one on the other hand is made of very cheap lightweight plastic that wont hold itself together let alone hold the paper. It lasted all of 5 minutes before it ended up in the bin.
Does as it should, but doesn't hold itself together as well as my old one
It works but annoyingly the top keeps falling off wouldn't recommend
Very useful addition to any toolbox. Great price. Well made
Easy to grip and seems quite robust. Better than hand sanding or using cork blocks.
A must have easy to use not expensive does not take up any storage space at all
Unfortunately, one of the spokes were missing and I couldn’t be bothered to go down the motorway to exchange it. I tried to work with it as it was but it wouldn’t hold. Very, very annoying.
Excellent product and great value for money. Always able to get what I want at Toolstation staff are always friendly and helpful.
Whoever invented this little tool is a genius. It makes sanding so easy, giving even pressure and cover. it makes getting an even finish so easy.
It's basic, but it's great value for money and lasts years.
Top doesn’t stay on well. Not worth it. Just get a block of wood
Works well at a very low price, did what i needed it to.
Comfortable to use and a good price. Glasspaper easy to cut and fit.
Excellent product, at a fraction of the price elsewhere.
Very good and fit for purpose. Very handy for sanding tight spaces. Just becareful not to leave the cover off and accidentaly step on the spikes.
Great sanding block, I tried cheaper versions and they didn’t have the pins to lock sandpaper in. Rubber is soft to touch and makes a good grip
Handy to use especially if just doing a small job not having to get the sander out.
