Nice colour, dries quickly (within an hour), I had to apply two coats, not smelly, very good buy, highly recommend it.
This is bright orange, ruined my sill so now have to pay for a new one to be made and re stain as this stain did not sand off!!
Went on fine, nice finish, looks dark oak in the tin or dribbling down the tin but weirdly dries more of a pitch pine orange colour!
Was going to use this on 18mm exterior ply but it's a nasty orange colour definitely nothing like light oak.
Used to refurbish outdoor bench. Easy to use, good finish.. Benefits from two/three coats.
Depends what you are looking for. Different wood behave differently with regards final colour.
For me it was a punt having read other reviews and photos; some saying the colour came out orange.
I was looking for a match of clear varnish on existing douglas fir windows. This light oak was applied to sanded bare softwood garage door surrounds and once applied was a good match being orangey red 👍
Haven't opened this tin yet, but have used it before and it does what it's supposed to do with a nice finish. Good price good product.
Used this wood stain to colour corner beads on external cladding to match in with an Osmo Red Cedar Satin colour. Tends to be a fairly close match and only time will tell on its comparable performance with Osmo on a south facing wall.
Good long lasting stain would recommend for outdoor applications.

Very this and fairly non descript when its on, takes a few coats to get anything that looks like a decent coat. But all the water base ones I've tried are the same
This dark oak stain matches well there previous stuff and goes over this and recently filled rotten bits just fine. Easy to apply and easy to clean the brush.

This stuff is suposed to be medium oak, since when is medium oak the same as Dale Wintons bad fake tan. Youlnowwhen youve been tangoed. Its orange!
Product itself is fine, colour matching is difficult. actual colour didn't come out as on the tin ok if your using for a whole job but I was trying to match a Wilko's store that I could not re-source
