Nicely made solid bit of kit, heavy duty rubber moulding at the head to protect the shaft. Splits logs with ease.
Great value for money and an excellent log splitter. The extra rubber protection at the head is a useful feature but soon started to tear!. Several layers of heat shrink provides much improved protection for the shaft.

Good axe, but with the only drawback that the handle chafes badly on your hands
First purchase of an axe to split some bit bits of seasoned trunk. Can’t complain, spray a bit of wd40 on and it it was straight through.

A quality well built piece of equipment. Very effective in splitting along the grain of large logs, in this case Ash tree stumps. 6lb more suitable weight splitting axe for me not the 8lb version. Overall very happy with the product.
