Great chisel. The shield stops you getting hammer rash.
great chisel, really sharp - only annoyance is the rubber handle constantly slips up and has to be pushed back down - otherwise really good. Used to chase out for wiring for a light switch and also tidy up some internal brickwork ready for plastering...
So far so good, been working fine on brick work hand guard is good

This chisel is great, removed wall tiles from en suite bathroom of shoddy Taylor wimpey house with minimum damage to plasterboard walls,
So far it's good,.used for chasing out sockets.
Very effective for tile removal, was able to clear my kitchen tiles with minimal damage to underlying plaster. Use with a club hammer.
Good chisel. Kept it's edge after removing all tiles in a bathroom and prevented a couple of missed blows hitting my thumb.
Only downside is the hand protector / handle keeps rising up the chisel shaft necessitating holding in a vice and hammering back down every few minutes.
Very good quality bolster, the protector works well.
Absolute rubbish. Very poorly ground with an obvious curve across the length at one end and unevenly ground on each side with a very dull and visible edge. Unusable as a professional tool. Returned and bought a Footprint bolster. What a difference with an excellent grind, high quality steel and British manufacture.

Very pleased with this chisel, have used it to cut socket back boxes into wall. Good strong chisel , roughneck products are good quality I recommend this item and also great service from kings lynn branch
Great chisel, really good hand grip that has saved my hands a few times. Should have bought one years ago. Very nice piece of kit.
