This beauty will certainly save your back. Takes a few minutes to get used to, but does the job.
Does the job, although a bit thin and flimsy, welds could do with being beefed up a bit for long life

Does exactly what it says, good buy. I did have to carry out a small filing dustmen’s to the frame as I couldn’t slide the swing part across the frame.
A very good product, the only improvement I can think of is that it be galvanised because I live in a coastal environment.
A good solid piece of kit for the price. Recommend the swapping of the wing nuts to some nylocs.

Excellent piece of kit, works well and at a fair price.
The bars at the top are held on by square tube which really aren’t strong enough to hold heavy logs tightly as when you put pressure on the vice to hold they bend. Only fault and flaw I’ve found. Other than that it’s a handy piece of kit to use with a bow saw or chainsaw but two people make it safer to use,
Thought I'd already reviewed but it's a great piece of kit for me as a domestic DIY"er, who recently purchased a splitting maul from Toolstation. I get trees, branches, logs from various sources and for longer logs the Loggers Mate has worked very well for me and my chain saw. Great purchase for me.
Really flimsy, built with cheap materials, doesn’t hold logs in place and frankly dangerous to use. Might work if you had freshly felled perfect size and lengths but that’s not what I bought it for.
Very sturdy saw horse, very adjustable
Absolutely delighted with my Roughneck. This purchase is just the ticket. Very well designed, sturdy, and has cut my work time in half easily. But safety was my primary concern, this is it in spades.
It’s not too bad would be nice to have some sideways grippers
The stand is built well and easy to assemble, however the working hight of the log is far too low for comfortable use.
Brilliant, fast efficient service.
Having errected this, very quick and straight forward, however when inserting a 6 inch wide long log the single row grippers do not prevent some sideward movement when cutting. If the design allowed for some gripping to the sides of the log would be more secure.
