A well made and quality tool from Roughneck but the only draw back is the handle length, just too short to get an adequate swing on bigger logs. Fine if you are splitting smaller diameter logs, wooden handle tends to transfer the shock up users arm.
Well designed wedge shape to slit wood, light with handle and still well balanced. Easy to swing and use over long periods

Quality axe for the price..well weighted..solid construction
The head is great as far as an axe goes - sharp, good weight and balance. The handle is far too short though (im 5’10), and it’s impossible to chop anything that’s not raised at least 0.5m above the ground.
The write up mentioned its design was that it doesn't get stuck in the log,, absolutely the opposite..
I find the handle length is too siort and the axe head is too light 2k..
