Used on wide boards and the last 3cm takes some effort.
Much better than cutting with a jigsaw or a circular saw - calibrate it and it is great.
Sadly I had to make use of your returns policy for this dreadful cutter. The blade is a blunt ¼" piece of steel which doesn't cut but crushes it's way through floor panels, taking a ¼" of waste with every cut. The cut wasn't straight and it took all of my 15 stone to force its way through the cut.

Used it to lay Quick Step Vinyl flooring 4mm with 1mm built in underlay.

Found it very hard to cut through 12mm laminate boards
As an experienced fitter I would defiantly recommend this, dust free and easy to use perfect for laminate and the price is great a cheap bit of kit that actually does the job.

Not worth a penny. it doesn't cut, it just tears the floor panels.
Worked exactly as it should ignore the negative reviews, these people have no idea what this type of tool is for, it’s guillotine it chops the laminate with blunt force not a sharp saw like blade, it’s not perfect needs some adjustments as you go but for the price it’s perfect for laminate I wouldn’t recommend for click LVT

Read the reviews but thought I’d try it out for myself, unfortunately it wasn’t any good for the laminate I was fitting so I had to return it. Staff were very helpful as always. Tool felt like it was well built.
Terrible tools had to return it. Cost me time and money on job. Couldn’t cut butter. Roughneck tools are generally good but this one unfortunately is very poor standard.
Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone at any level of works.
Used on Amtico click smart flooring. Just the job. Brilliant piece of kit. Made life so easy.
