we put on chimney and within a couple of days it had developed a loud noise so we had to remove. We discovered that the rubber washer was lose. The whole thing has been an expensive exercise as I had to hire in a cherry picker each time. Would not recommend.

The previous rotor vent had seized up this is a replacement
Had problems with down draft / blow back into the on my log burner. The cowl fixed it straight away and have lit a fire in 40mph wind and no blow back.
