Good quality handrails and very easy to fit for an amateur DIYer. I found the instructions included very clear and the quality of the wood and metal fittings all excellent
The handrail kit was received in good condition. It was well packed and the timber rail was uniform in size and without flaws. Fitting instructions were comprehensive and I used a spirit level to ensure that each mounting bracket was the same height from the steps and therefore looked to be a single piece of timber when completed. My rule here was "measure and measure again" because even a small error would result in the handrail being out of line.
I did not rush. I took my time and I am very pleased with the results.
In summary, a good product but take your time in installing.

Seems good quality & well made. The instructions for fitting are easy to understand. I’ve not had a chance to fit it yet. The only problem I foresee is that I’d like to stain it to a darker colour, to tone in with an existing staircase. Since the wood has a lacquer coating, which is great if it’s in the colour you want. I’m going to have a fair bit of sanding to do to allow the new stain to take.
Handrail arrived on time, well packaged & in good condition. All fittings were as ordered & described. The rail itself is of quality timber with a good finish.
Competitive price and all fixings included. However some slight marks on the rail although managed to hide these by rotating the rail segments so they were not visible.

Good quality hand rail, really easy to follow instructions (I have done a fair bit of DIY but not a pro by any means). I can see what people mean complaining about the screws - had to buy a few more that didnt thread really easily... but overall a good product, would recommend.
Good value as everything you need aside from tools is there in the box. Looks great .

Thought I needed an additional support whist climbing the stairs so purchased this and it works great.
Fitting was slightly difficult as marking out really needed two people but got it done and it works extremely well.

Elegant stylish neat polished pine, brushed steel brackets. Looks great.
Well made, looks good. First one I have fitted, so I found out that follow the instructions and take your time. Point to watch when fitting the small screws that hold the poles to the metal brackets use the correct size cross headed bit, preferably a new one, otherwise they burr over easily.
