Great tool, i used it to cut jg speedfit 15mm plastic heating pipe, 2 turns and it was through, nice even cut no frayed edges excellent
Aligns nicely on 20mm conduit to give a nice square cut. Cut ends are clean with minimal burring. Much more accurate and speedy than a hacksaw.
Expensive? but better than a surprise leak a few months down the line
Keeps its sharpness. Not much effort to cut. I got arthritis so its very helpful.
A friend suggested I get one, this has already saved me hours! It works!
Great stuff , good quality easy to use very happy to use on my work
Good tool very easy to use, quick change from 15mm to 22mm
I prefer a cutter that circles the plastic pipe as it cuts. I find that some pipe shears crush the pipe a little bit. I found this circular pipe cutter to cut the pipe nicely. Good tool.
Good bit of kit, simple to use, cut smooth - great!
Works brilliantly on 15mm plastic pipe. Gives a perfect cut.
Brilliant cutter for plastic pipe.
Used on 15mm. Worked a treat a square clean cut after 2 rotations.
Works as expected! Great little tool for cutting 21mm PVC pipes
This is a fab little tool, cuts any thickness of plastic pipe up to the specified maximum, quick and easy, giving a lovely square edge
I trusted the name but it’s not good. The adjustable pipe diameter feature alongside the fact it’s circular meant I was very interested in this. Most adjustable copper pipe cutters are not as sleek to use in tight situations. However I can tell you for a fact that however you use this thing, with a brand new blade, it’s awful. Maybe it’s fine on a length of newly cut pipe when you can work with any angle but in a tight situation where it matters this is bad
Looks good but I couldn't get it to work, so went back to using a hacksaw (ps I'm not a plumber!)
Don't do what we did and attempt to use a copper pipe cutter (followed by a Stanley knife) only for all the joints to leak. Bought this for our second attempt and very glad we did. Easy to use with a few rotations, managed in small spaces, clean cuts.
Very good fast for cutting plastic pipes does 15 & 22 size.
It worked really well, neat and tidy. I've seen pro-plumbers use them and can now understand why.
Works well but awkward to keep closed in some situations so doesn't cut clean but in general it's a sound cutter even if a bit overpriced
I am not a plumber but wanted to move an external tap a few feet, the fed was part plastic and copper fittings. Wanted to do it right so decided to purchase the cutter as wanted to do the job correctly. The tool was easy to use and cut the plastic pipe with ease and at 90 degrees just what I wanted it was a perfect cut. I completed the job in no time and with no issues, the rod is now located in its new position. Highly recommended by a complete novice and did a perfect job don’t delay buy one.
