Awesome product it is all I use on my country projects. The wood filler sets really fast and generally I’m sending in and paint it within an hour with no issues whatsoever.
Great for DIY fixes at home, decent time of dry and long lasting.
Easy to follow instructions. Once mixed well, tools into gaps easily, though need to work fast - goes off quickly
It's quite an expensive item but it does the job well
This is a quality two part filler. It’s very strong yet sandable. Sets in 10 to 29 mins at the most . It is expensive so use sparingly
Good stuff. Make sure it's well mixed as filler and hardener are both white!
Used it to fill holes in a kitchen cupboard door.
Went off well.
Screws held.
Job done
Have used this quite a bit to repair rotten sashes and skirting etc. the white colour is great as it matches the top coat and takes less paint to cover. Relatively easy to sand and takes primer and gloss paint well . It’s fast drying - in fact a bit too fast if you use a bit too much hardener!! I would only mix up a small amount at a time . Also it’s quite hard to get it smooth as it’s quite”grainy” . On larger holes I found that gradually building up was easier than trying to fill in one go. Given how quickly it sets this didn’t unduly delay things and meant it was easier to form the filler into the required shapes. Hard to clean off tools even with white spirit (which is what the tin says to do).
great product, strong and doesnt crack, easily sanded. always works well for me
It performs well, is easily sanded but bear in mind you need to work fast as I found it goes off pretty quick (which is a bonus in terms of getting on with the job but can be a pain if the filling is fiddly and you take too long). Also, clean your tools quickly after use otherwise it takes quite a bit of work to get the stuff off (although I believe acetone will attack it if you have some).
Very good product, mixes well, goes off quickly, and easy to sand for a smooth finish
This product is great, easy to mix and drys in a reasonable time so it can be painted after rubbing down with sandpaper all within an hour.
i purchased roonseal wood filler from my local toolstation in wednesfeild i have used some of this and it is brilliant also the staff there are wonderfull always doing their best to help you
Does exactly what it says and is easy to smooth after it sets.
I’ve used this product lots of times. But this tin was dry and unworkable. It wouldn’t smooth off whatever trowel I used.
Simply the best! Easy to use, fast-setting and strong
Bought this to do up a caravan exterior that was partially rotting wood underneath. Smearing this on the underside after a liberal use of ronseal rot wood hardener really helped solidify an otherwise worryingly soft piece of flooring. Sanded down nicely too which is a nice bonus. I'd recommend using a pair of gloves you don't mind throwing away afterwards as any residue sets incredibly hard.
Excellent product easy to apply and finish for painting
Excellent two part filler. Only mix the amount that you need.
Shed, side gate and porch needed repairs as I wanted it to last for a few years before replacing them or move house. I had big holes from rotten wood to fill in. This product worked perfectly, I layered the big holes and it set rock hard. Sanded and painted
