Designed to powerfully inflate tyres on larger vehicles, the RAC820 will inflate a 13-inch car tyre to 35 PSI in 2.5 mins and a 22-inch 4X4 tyre to 40 PSI in 6 mins. The backlit display accurately displays pressure in PSI, kPA and BAR. Simple to operate with the quick set pressure dial, the inflator will automatically stop once the preset pressure has been reached. I’ve had this compressor for many year to inflate car, trailer and even tractor tyres. It was fast and reliable. Only problem was the electrical plug which I replaced with croc clips so I could connect directly to the car battery. It eventually gave up the ghost so I was delighted to find the same one was still available.

Fat pump. I like being able to set the target pressure on the units that are selectable. Send week constructed. Time will tell how durable it is.

Bought this tyre inflator to pump up my motorhome tyres. They need 70-75 psi. Product coped wonderfully well. Looks like I might have an inflator that lasts more than a year. Well pleased so far.
Good product but didn’t inflate to 58 psi.it was also difficult to attach to tyre.
It seems top quality kit. Works well. Worth the money if it lasts a long time, remains to be seen obviously.
I bought this to use on my campervan which is 5.5m long. I needed an inflator that can handle higher tyre pressures (72.5 psi) and it just about reaches the back wheels without the need for a extension when plugged in to the cigarette lighter, so perfect for me!
I bought this pump as a back up to my main car pump. It’s easy to use, relatively quiet in operation, performs quickly and comes with a nice handy carry case.
Handy to keep in the van. Can check and top up my tyres any time. Cables are plenty long enough for my swb T5, although have to pass back through the cab to do each side. Not needed the torch yet, but digital display is clear and easy to read. Setting desired pressure is so easy, and auto shut off prevents any unintended over inflation. Great value for money, I would recommend if you want something to keep in your van or 4x4. It comes in its own zip up bag for easy stowing.
i chose the correct tyre inflator - Goo value and does the job very well
I had a previous light duty tyre inflator which gave up the ghost after much abuse inflating everything I needed. This heavy duty model is actually more compact and definitely more robust a construction. I’ve used it, and it works well and is more powerful. This isn’t a long term use review so only time will tell if it is truly built for the long term.

Easy to use and quickly inflates the tyre. Just be aware that the compressor continues to run for 30-45 seconds after the set pressure has been reached.
