Required a pressure regulator in order to regulate the household water pressure. This, although much more expensive, looked quality plus being push fit its a doodle to fit, and move if necessary in the future. It also has decent gauge ports if you want to fit gauges. It would however help if the gauge ports were identified in the casting, ie, upstream and down stream.
Well constructed. Reduced pressure from 4bar to under 2bar.
