I ordered this product, they emailed me to say that it had arrived in the store for collection. I went to collect it and they said they lost it. Not particularly clever!

Hi thanks for getting in touch but when I unpacked the hose I noticed it was split around about the middle most of the way through and I didn’t have time to bring it back so I cut it in half so I could still use some of it only to find it was split in two other places so I’m not happy with the product if you want to call me my number is 07773021541 thanks duncan
A good quality hose that was used to clear up some flood water with a petrol pump. It is quite rigid so make sure that you have some strong quality clips to ensure an air tight connection - this is normal.
The hose is great quality, unfortunately TOOLSTATION don’t have any connectors for it so had to return it
The hose came tightly coiled, I laid it out being what I thought was careful, to straighten the hose & it split. Fortunately it was not far from the end & as I had not cut the hose yet I used this end as outlet.
Wouldn’t know as it’s not even arrived yet. Been over a week and no response from tool station yet.
needed a new pipe for water pump and toolstation had just what we needed does what it says on the box
