It works on the test button let’s hope that it performs if you have a faulty device connected.
Solid a bit bulky and may not fit all locations.
Check your socket that you propose to use it in prior to purchase
Standard RCD but nice and easy to use and a good price. It works well in my setup without fault and I'm satisfied with the purchase.
Works well would buy again price was good and looks good
I looked for it, ordered it, bought it, used it. Happy
Compact and god quality. Wires up easier than a normal plug.
This is a excellent product made by a leader in this field. I'm very happy with it.
Easy to find, and easy to buy. Previous identical model failed after two years. Hoping this one does better.
This was a direct replacement for a similar one which went faulty after about ten years of use.
RCD plug electric safety plug easy to fit and use working well
I thought my extension cable was knackered. The switch wouldn’t turn on and was gutted. It is brilliant extension. Decided to change the plug and now it has new lease of life. Am so chuffed.
Does the job perfectly, saves the fusebox tripping and adds additional safety at all times.
Literally a life saver, don't plug-in without one!!
Easy to wire up works well. Replaced old faulty rcd would buy again. Good quality.
Easy bit of kit to wire up. Seems to get a bit hot even though I am only running 4 amps through it. Doesn't seem prone to false trips which is good.
As expected & good quality. Works well. Replacement for an older one & seems more sturdy.
The screws that open the cover to allow wiring are deep set in the body of the plug. This requires a thin cross head screwdriver which may not be ideal for tightening the screw screw heads fully.
For 2.5mm extension cable to out building building.
Exactly as described - easy to fit - seems to be well made - and my expensive extension lead is now back in operation !
The cord grip screws on this device are utter rubbish! It looks like the heads were chewed by an angry rat! Considering that the cord grip is a safety feature, these things shouldn't be on the market! No idea how they'd ever pass any safety testing.
I have had one of these for year and just bought another as they are so reliable
