The Rapid Airtac PS101 is a compact pneumatic stapler designed for upholstery, textiles, and light joinery applications. This lightweight die-cast aluminium tool fires Rapid No. 53 fine wire staples from 6-16mm, which are barely visible and have minimal impact on fibres, making it ideal for finishing work where aesthetics matter. Built for precision, the stapler features a 22mm long nose for accurate placement in tight spaces, whilst a no-mar pad protects delicate surfaces from damage. The flat front design enables easy access to difficult areas, and the 360° adjustable exhaust system directs air away from your face for comfortable operation. The grip-friendly handle reduces fatigue during extended use. The quick-load magazine holds up to 190 staples and allows rapid reloading to maintain productivity. Operating at 5-7 bar with low air consumption of just 0.26-0.29 litres per shot, this tool is efficient to run. The contact actuation trigger provides responsive control with no limitation on fire rate. Supplied in a hard plastic case, the kit includes an oil pot, hex wrenches, safety glasses, and 300 No. 53 staples (10mm leg length) to get you started.
