The Rainbow Thermostatic Bar Mixer Shower does something I deeply respect: it delivers stable, controlled temperature without turning the morning into a negotiation.
Installation is straightforward, centres line up as they should, and the unit feels solid rather than optimistic. Controls are smooth with a reassuring amount of resistance — no vague spinning, no sudden volcanic surprises when someone runs a tap elsewhere.
The thermostatic response is consistent and predictable, maintaining temperature with the sort of calm authority you want from anything connected to hot water under pressure. It looks sharp, feels durable, and performs without demanding applause.
There’s a particular satisfaction in turning it on and getting exactly what you asked for. Not warmer. Not cooler. Just correct.
Recommended for professionals who prefer their installs steady, their callbacks rare, and their showers strictly drama-free.
Great quality and easy to install. Purchased with the highlife fastfix kit to replace an old compression shower. Took less than an hour to install.
Well built, nice and easy to install works great my only gripe is I wish it had come with a larger shower head in the box but everything else top notch
Great value for money. Easy to fit and easy to use
Tidy unit for the money, easy to fit as a replacement. Customer happy.
Great product. Good price. Have fitted many of these and never had a problem
Very easy to install, either one for one, or new installation from scratch, good value, with nice sliding rail.
Easy to fit & great price. Cant really tell how durable it might be, we will see
Easy to fit and use. Good value. Instructions aren’t very clear. You need to fixings in addition.
excellent product for the price, customer service could not be better.
Very good value and i believe should be better than other place
Seems to be good for the price, looks expensive easy to fit and works as good as the more expensive.
We recommend a straightforward, high-quality installation for cost-effective, superior performance.
Works great, just went for the basic unit but best shower we’ve had in years
A very nice mixer. Standard inlet spacing but the design makes it look quite small and slimline. Early days but it adjusts fine. It gets started knocked off because I had to go and buy the wall mounting, adding to the cost
water is constantly jumping to cold or hot water. .
Make sure you get everything you need for fitting. I had to shoot back to get the fixings for wall mounting. Surprised these don’t come with it. Used in camper conversion. Seems good so far, time will tell
Good shower its quite powerful and easy to fit, good instructions and cheap
Seemed to work fine as replacement for existing 150mm distance unit
Easy to install, easy to use! Ideal for any age.Super
