The Q Max 30mm Sheet Metal Hole Punch offers excellent versatility for creating larger standard holes in sheet metal up to 16 gauge. This popular size is ideal for substantial conduit work, larger cable management installations, sizeable mounting hardware, and general fabrication requiring a 30mm aperture. The punch features heat-treated cutting edges with a protective black anti-corrosive surface finish, consistently producing clean, burr-free holes. Its special load distribution design reduces cutting effort whilst ensuring smooth, even operation across repeated applications, making it suitable for both workshop and on-site use. As a larger-diameter punch, this 30mm model uses the simplified configuration with threading in the punch itself rather than on the hexagonal screw. This eliminates the die nut component, streamlining assembly and operation. An 8mm hexagonal wrench (MB type) is required to operate the mechanism effectively and pull the punch through the metal. Features and Benefits: • 30mm diameter perfect for standard larger applications • Operates with 8mm hexagonal wrench (MB type, sold separately) • Simplified configuration without die nut for easier use • Heat-treated edges provide consistent cutting performance • Produces burr-free holes requiring no finishing Specifications: Punch Type: Metric Diameter (mm): 30 Key Type: MB. 8mm Hex Key Pilot Drill (mm): 11
