The Q Max 1 3/16" Sheet Metal Hole Punch is ideal for cutting holes in sheet metal up to 16 gauge, making it perfect for electrical installations, larger conduit applications, and fabrication work requiring apertures between one and one-and-a-quarter inches. This size bridges the gap between standard sizes for specific professional applications. Manufactured with heat-treated cutting edges and a protective black anti-corrosive surface finish, this punch delivers exceptional durability whilst resisting rust in demanding workshop conditions. Its special design distributes load evenly during cutting, producing burr-free holes that eliminate the need for additional finishing work. To use, drill a pilot hole large enough to clear the hexagonal screw, thread the die and screw through the sheet metal, then tighten the die nut to cut cleanly and evenly through the material. This punch is supplied individually boxed without a key. It requires a Type B 5/16" hexagonal wrench, which should be ordered separately. Features and Benefits: • 1 3/16" hole diameter for mid-range large applications • Heat-treated cutting edges provide long-lasting performance • Black anti-corrosive finish ensures workshop durability • Creates burr-free holes with no finishing required • Compatible with Type B 5/16" hexagonal wrench Specifications: Punch Type: Imperial Diameter (in): 1.3/16 Key Type: 5/16in hex key Pilot Drill (in): 13/32
