Services access panel. Useful size, but the dimensions shown on the listing is of the panel opening and not the actual overall panel size. The panel I purchased was listed a 150 x 235. The panel overall size is 193 x 280.
It's an access panel. Does what it says. You can even open the door if you want and close it too. (The door is removable)

Product was easy to fit and did a good job, the size was bigger than required but I needed it immediately and it was in stock. The cashier was very helpful in suggesting rival stores for a better size but none were available in my time frame.
