This was a replacement amplifier for a new aerial installation and replaced the old Labgear preamplifier.
Solid unit. works with separate remote PSU. Either use F-connectors or expect to file larger holes for adaptor plus old coax plugs if using as a replacement unit. Comes with mounting zip tie.

Solved problem of poor FM reception in conjunction with power supply ( use without). Absolute must during installation is to terminate Coaxial cable correctly with f connectors making sure that NONE of the screening braid is shorting out the central copper wire
Purchased to replace existing that stopped working. As soon as the new one was installed we had better reception than ever. I would highly recommend this product.
Excellent product - my TV works with this in my loft connected to my antenna. Without it, I had no TV channels. With it, I think I get all the channels possible.
Was purchased to replace a decades-old mast head amplifier which for years had been backed-up with two additional boosters at the tv end! Fitted this one, with its power supply, & the signal (Winterhill from Prestatyn) has never been so strong…. the tv boosters are now redundant! I now know how to fit ‘F’ connectors too: much easier than coax plugs! FANTASTIC product which was easy to fit…. I’m well-pleased 😁😁

Works ok. But the supplied cable tie was rubbish and snapped immediately. Luckily I had my own spares of better quality. Would recommend NOT using the cable tie that comes with it!
