Replaced broken unit. All works ok no problems. ..
Waste of money did nothing. No improvement of signal strenth
As the title says don’t follow the instructions, the diagram shows the installation of the power masthead amplifier supply to the aerial pre-amplifier and then the aerial, however the aerial and power connections shown are the wrong way round, you’ll end up climbing the ladder to change them over on the mast.
Hopefully a update will be put in the box for future installers?
Not as pictured; the unit had writing visible on the surface, unlike the photo and which on closer inspection was not the model described; BUT, the unit works well and on re-siting the unit so it wasn't visible its appearance does not matter.
Replaced one that stopped working. Easy to do and is working well one week later.

What a difference when this bad boy switched on.
This piece of kit is brilliant. I have an aerial splitter in my loft, feeding a number of rooms and it required power to work. The options were a power supply to the loft (expensive !) or this little piece of kit, which lives behind my main TV in the lounge. It boosts the aerial signal and powers the splitter perfectly. Highly recommended.
