This robust little stripping knife has a chamfered stsinless blade but at 25mm slim enough for a fine job. It cut through the remains of double sided sticky stuff left on skirting from a laminate floor bead with ease while not damaging the surface. Its beech wood handle has a timeless look and feel of a classic scraper from my grandfather's toolbox. At less than £5 its a bargain.

I needed a narrow scraper to remove wallpaper between an architrave and an adjacent wall. This tool was perfect for the job and I was impressed with the quality for the price.
Came to removing old wallpaper to find previous said decorating enthusiast had wallpapered over wallpaper thus rendering said job twice as a pain in the posterior. The narrow, stiff and quite sharp edge to this knife helped to get underneath the painted wallpaper after steaming to then peel off layers, certainly made the job easier.
Purchased in addition to the 3" version, this 1" being for hard to reach areas. Ended up using this more than expected as the narrow blade is very useful. Stainless blade so no corrosion and cleaning is easy. Handle comfortable and no burrs on tang or rivets. Highly recommended.

Family went in to pick it up for me and got handed a packet of 25mm PZ3 bits instead. Ive tried messaging and asking for an exchange bit been blanked so far.

This filling knife comes with a really sharp edge like a chisel protected by a foam strip I keep on . Nose and small to get in tight places .
