Solid well built tool with sturdy quality handle that feels and looks expensive but was value for money. I actually use it for filling in wall chase outs where cables have been laid and because of its sturdy design it doesn’t bend under pressure and with the blade being good quality too it finishes the wall surface off nice and flat and smooth.

Solid, well made with bevelled blade at the edge. I use these all day chopping and cutting clay in a construction materials lab, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these.
Had 30+ year old woodchip and layers of paint to strip: even with a steamer we struggled but we replaced our old stripping knives with these, and they made a real difference. Highly recommended.
I bought this for a bucket knife for tiling but ended up using it as a silicone remover for around the bath. As it has one sharpened edge it was fantastic.

Bought this to remove plasterboard coving. Stiffness of the blade. bevel edge and metal through the handle meant that it was easy to use and very effective at easing coving off the wall/ceiling without damage to the plasterwork. Blade shows no sign of wear afterwards and would definitely recommend to anyone faced with the same job.

Not a flexible and bendy product like some. Better for scraping than using filler which i think works better with a flexible scraper. For use with a wallpaper steamer this was perfect and didnt scar the plaster.
The blade isn’t rigid enough to remove wallpaper effectively. This also rusted after first use. Better off getting the wooden handle version which has a better blade.
Needed a new one as was putting up a polystyreen backed papper used to push into flat edge and used a stanley blade to cut.Perfect finish even ifvi say so myself.Also used to tuck masking tape in down between carpet and skirting.Worked a treat.Very good qualty for the the price and a ge8 addition to my tool chest.
