Excellent, great value filling knife in a useful 2" width. Works beautifully, nice to hold, with just the right amount of flex. Also bought the 3" version. Replacement for the identical filling knife which is now in elder daughter's toolbox and which served me very well. Carbon steel so needs to be cleaned and dried after use.

Bought to replace an identical item that had around 8 years service. Great as a filler knife, but I started using it a lot for other jobs such as prising skirting board pieces off and taking tiles off. Eventually the blade became damaged and so I needed to buy a new one for filling. I still have the old one for 'rough' jobs.

Bought this to replace a very old filling knife, mainly because the "hammer end" suggested a fairly solid tool. Unfortunately the blade is just too flexible. If you tap the hammer end the blade just flexes. As a light duty filling knife it's fine which is why I've given it 3 stars. The Handle is solid, but the blade just doesn't match it.
