Brought this 3 months ago handle has already come loose. Wing nuts don't tighten enough to hold sandpaper tight waste of money should have brought marshal town. Tried to return to store because it was after 30 days would not exchange or refund poor customer service
If you cannot power sand for what-ever reason and you have a lot of sanding to do, then just buy the Prep Hand Sander 240mm x 84mm. It is so much easier than wrapping sandpaper around a sanding block or just grabbing a sheet of sandpaper and hoping for the best. Please note though that because of the plate size it is best suited to easily accessible areas as the plate size will restrict the Prep Hand Sanders use in hard to get to areas. The Prep Hand Sander is a time saver and is easier to use than a sanding block. It is well worth purchasing. (Fort William Branch).

Really good compared to other types. Little bit fiddly to get paper tight, but overall ggreat tool.
Great staff very knowledgeabe and helped me to find the best tool to help with my diy job.
It does exactly what you expect it to do. It holds the sand paper/mesh well.
Well made and its lightweight makes it especially useful for overhead sanding. I cut suitable size sanding strip from a roll of sanding paper, but would have been happier if I had been able to buy tailor made sanding paper.
The product boasts a sturdy construction while remaining lightweight and durable. An excellent choice for those seeking quality and reliability.
When i looked at this sander i thought it could help in preping walls prior to painting (removing previous paint 'snots') sanding, Smoothing over filled holes etc, actually it is really good and can highly recomend it. The larger surface area than the small foam sanding blocks means you can get a better overall finish.
Excellent bit of kit which helps makes sanding large areas easy.
Comfortable to use, and gives a very good flat surface . I used it with sand paper off a 5 meter roll.
Comfortable to use and covers a wide area, so good for flattening out variations in plaster thickness. The clamps for the abrasive are adequate but maybe serrated edges would grip the paper better.
Very good value and I have been very satisfied with the performance.
A good quality item. Sturdy and easy to hold. A good size.
simple and sturdy construction and does a good job
Nice and sturdy and does the job well for not much money. Should have bought one years ago instead of using a block of wood!
Always wrapped sandpaper around a block, this is much more secure and will use from now on, good price too and service from Ringwood is always perfect
Does what it needs to for a good price, held together with breakage.
1st time use, I love it, makes my jobs straight and easy
Simple sanding tool. Made easy work of sanding some filling in on a plastered wall around new sunken in knockout boxes. Perfect flat finish!
Good quality tool for firmly holding sandpaper, allowing you to get a good, flat, smooth finish quickly and painlessly.
